Aftersales Manager

We are recruiting an Aftersales Manager in our Budaörs based Dexion office, who can help us to take care of the existing customers of Dexion HU.

Responsibilities:

Execute rack inspections according to EN15635 standard
Lead and supervise Service Technician colleague
Managing of requirements and needs of existing customer related to safety accessories, repairs, maintenances, layout changes and extensions
Customer visits and technical support across Hungary
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Keep connection with own factories and suppliers in Europe

We require:

Technical education (engineer)
Fluent English written and spoken (HU native is a must)
Good communication skills is a must
Independent and responsible work and openness for challenges
Willingness for driving as job requires mainly on-site visits
Driving license
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

Optional:

B2B sales or Aftersales experience
Logistic or warehousing experience
German is an advantage
